Delete your MindMatch account

You can permanently delete your MindMatch account and all of your data at any time.

The fastest way — in the app

Open MindMatch and sign in.
Tap your avatar → Account settings → Edit profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

This immediately and permanently removes your account, profile, letters, weekly-question answers, messages, connections, photos, and all associated data.

If you can’t access the app

Email contact@getmindmatched.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request.” We’ll verify and delete your account and all associated data, normally within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials.
Your profile, alias, photos, and preferences.
Your letters, weekly answers, messages, reactions, highlights, notes, and kindness notes.
Your matches and connections.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not retain a copy after deletion, except where the law requires us to keep limited records.
